I work in a different Market there are lots of rumors, but it is a difficult Market lots of stress and tension, and the Market Manager is horrible. He was in his Market before he set out to wreck Philadelphia stores. KM and Team. Anyone who can is getting out or will eventually. He fails Managers leave. Same story.

Everything gets resolved in time. Patience , unfortunately this cast of bo--s will destroy stores people and careers before they are held to account. It will happen , just not soon enough.
CRT in full View. What would anyone really expect? Seriously , Predictable results, driving out certain type folks, hiding the total incompetency of the CRT team. Lost cause. Move on..

Metro Philly is a symptom of a much more fatal disease. Tough Market made worse by MM and his Team, a Regional Team who is MIA abandoning their responsibility. What decent Managers will stay and swallow this and the constant CRT . Places are out of control and everyone fu----g knows it. They do not give a sh-t , that’s just the truth.
Who cares it’s a sh-t ho-e, let them all stay there. Eventually they will fire them all, including the MM , eventually you run out of bu-----t excuses an blaming Store Managers for your failures. Let it implode, really, no one cares!
Mangers in this Market supporting cast are horrible. Low Life Dead beats. Should have been gone long ago , worse than the hour lies. Contact call outs, back stabbing. LOA to extend weeks of PTO they already have , they are horrible. The MM leadership is awful. How does it ever change, news flash , it doesn’t. Store Managers are bailing everywhere who can, conditions in the Company are terrible. You stay here with no pride, no self respect for the money, get the sh-t beat out of you daily over nonsense has nothing to do with business. We lie to ourselves. It sucks here. We all know it, we get sick on Sundays knowing Monday is coming. It a horrible place to be, Market Manager is about 70% of the problem the rest is conditions. We all hate it here, come find out why?
Not kidding at all, the Stores in the City are not all “ Very Profitable” vs Budget post Pandemic.. Fake News… The Stores are in total chaos and disarray, quick visit will validate.
Everyone knows that, who is really familiar. It’s all about CRT that is a fact! Look at the promotions, quality of talent and who is doing the promoting . The original OG. No surprise. It’s a total sh-t show. Look at the stores if you dare, open your eyes Home Office it’s a train wreck here. Do not believe me , come unannounced without weeks notice, you’ll see. You’ve got to be kidding. The Philadelphia markets are very profitable, bringing in good results time after time. The biggest drawback is the incredible amount of inside shrink, which they are starting to get a handle on. This is truly CRT, though.
I’m in this Market , every bit is true. Look at the choices who gets promoted. Just very sick Market. No one cares enough, if they cared it would never happen the way things have gone. I’ve had several interviews, first offer I’m gone. Will never look back.
Managers are people too, had some very good people, just drove them out, or beat them into the dirt. Sh-t heads still there. Now place and staffing just imploding the rest don’t give a sh-t. Working for a person who abuses you, who will stay. Not enough money to live with that guy.. I work in the area, diff Market. HO needs to get off their Ar-e, go see for yourself. Not to tough to figure out. Philly is just horrible. Can’t keep people that you can’t beat into the ground. They just leave. Stores begging for Management need experience, not politics

I also work in another Market, just an exodus. Philly is really really bad right now. They need to get some very experienced tough Managers to deal with the sh-t staff in all of those stores. Store Managers will not be supported , that’s why they do not care. They know they will be stabbed in the back by MM and Market Team.
