Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Is there anything they take seriously?

They ignore that Transformative Growth is a bad strategy and that employees are dissatisfied, they ignore their problems and the fact that Allstate is less and less competitive and that people leave as soon as they get another option that is even remotely acceptable, etc.

I just wonder if there is anything that those at the top take seriously as far as this company is concerned?

They sort of ignore how bad Transformative Growth is just like they ignored how bad Esurance and Allstate Financial were.

TW is going to ride this burning fuselage for as long as he can and then jump out with his millions.

I think local management understands that "Transformational Growth" was nothing more than a poorly implemented layoff. And YES, it is affecting customer service.

Allstate is one greedy BI---H and doesn’t care about you at all.

The value of the stock and how it impacts their compensation.

That's it. Nothing else.

When you look at only metrics, and ignore the human aspect, bad ideas might become great idea. For all we know they only care about increasing and decreasing a handful of metrics, and really don't think beyond making the number move in the direction they want. There's a reason employee satisfaction isn't a metric, they don't care.
