I've been in some initial discussions with Northern Trust. Is it a good place to work? Any long-term flexible work arrangements for some roles?

Answer: Yes! NT is happy to be flexible with jobs. Many jobs initially allow or require WFH at least 1-2 days per week.
After WFH proves a job can be done remotely, the position is offshored to India. Later, jobs are outsourced from India to Kuala Lumpur or the Philippines.
This is a question for Glassdoor, this is a layoff rumor website, and hardly anyone from NT visits.
