Listen carefully to the words he chose to deny the rumour.
Just because Global officials aren’t in talks doesn’t mean the investors are not… Remember, Global is a tiny sliver in comparison to the parent company.
GlobalFoundries CEO, Thomas Caulfield, shot down rumours of an Intel buyout on CNBC yesterday (via Seeking Alpha)
"There's nothing to that story," Caulfield said, "... we're focused on executing our business each and every day and that's really front and centre for all of us.
