North Central Texas store held an hr " intervention" at our store last week. Corporate HR along w district manager came to the store to see why EOS(or whatever they are calling the "optional"/Mandatory survey this time) are continually AWFUL at our location.
They DIDN'T advertise it or send out emails to employees notifying us to allow employees to make our concerns known. Four associate's were "selected" among the entire store to speak for the Store. Two are part timers, scheduled two days a week, the other two full timers, one a new hire the other a 3 year old associate.
Store management was on its best behavior, employees were instructed NOT to use the overhead paging system during the time corporate was there. Floor associate's were directed to use the walkie talkie functions on the mobile devices. Many handsets OS does not work.
Once the visitors left management made a hasty retreat. Multiple employees found out about it the next day and we have all been asking why we're not notified and how can we get corporate back. No one in management will give a straight answer.
Signs say "open door" on them,no one believes that. No one TRUSTS them.
