Have you ever had such a coworker? Ever since I got the job here, he behaves just like that. I was very tolerant at first, it was even funny to me, however, now it has become too irritating. I guess he’s been here a long time and thinks it gives him right to behave so patronizingly towards others.

so what if a person is in the wrong place here.
I had a few people like that at my store when I worked at Walmart. One in particular was extremely annoying. She would yell at other associates, if you did something not her way she would start a fight with you and tell management every little thing. When the store manger would bring up carts to sort to the service desk she would yell at him every time. Crazy they let her get away with all this stuff. She has been there over 15 years but that doesn’t give her a right to act the way she does. I confronted her on how she treated me she layer off a bit after that. If you stand up and don’t show weakness they may back off.
Just someone that takes pride in their store Used to be Wally world wanted everyone to take ownership. That person is doing just what I do in my store
