They need some executives from NY who can get into the negotiations and slap some people around, that will fix things

It is amazing how much less union employees make at PepsiCo compared to non union who have same jobs. Although after going through Union Avoidance training I am not suprised.

Frito Lay's response: TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - According to Frito-Lay, an ongoing strike with its labor union unnecessarily puts employees at risk of economic hardships. It says it has in fact made concessions to some union negotiations.

Frito-Lay says it sent a letter home to employees to reflect the facts of the ongoing labor strike. It said it is committed to providing a safe and fair workplace for all employees.

My response: please explain the 1% raise ? That's economic hardship !

The maker of Cheetos, Doritos and Tostitos is a division of India/Hyderabad-based PepsiCo, the food and beverage giant with a market cap north of $211 billion. PepsiCo did not immediately respond to a request for comment
