I’m hearing the TAPs will be gone before the end of the year. They are some of the highest paid talent people and quite worthless. CTA is also horrible right now. Lowe’s HR in general is a mess. Wide open doors for lawsuits

Try $65K+ and you don't know what you are talking about. You are either an unskilled SSA or a dimwit manager who doesn't care enough about your staff to provide a great candidate experience.
taps make way more than 45k at lowes
CTA is different because they are not doing phone screens. They scan resumes, review for requirements and move candidate forward to interview with store teams. They also do special projects as well as some sourcing work.
TAPS are the point person for district, as far as TA goes. I have heard each region runs their TAP group differently (this coming from my peers on west coast vs my area). Ours sources, phone screens and then presents a slate to store teams. They also travel to stores and do a lot of social media.
TA is an always evolving and Lowe's is ALWAYS restructuring, I have zero doubts that this model will change.
How do the TAP and CTA positions differ from one another?
Good, if true. All they do is post on social media and conduct initial phone interviews. Automation can handle those tasks. Why pay someone $45,000.00/yr to do that?
