I actually work for a competitor but I love shopping at Nordstrom - the app is very user friendly. I noticed there is a lot of hate on social media at Nordstrom Anniversary sale... things going out of stock when Ambassador/Influencer status starts, etc. or actual influencers IRL getting all the good stuff and there isn't enough inventory to support everyone else. What is Nordstrom doing to help with this? Seems like last year was the same thing - there was NOTHING left in stores once it hit the public. Luckily I am Ambassador status but it just seems like NOrdstrom could be a lot more profitable if they had the stock support from the vendors?
feedback: sometimes I pay with my AMEX or my Nordstrom card. Ifi return (2) things and (1) was from my Nordie card and the other tem was from AMEX, the associate has to return those items separately bc of the 2 diff cards. MANY other retailers let you return everyting at once (even if paid on diff cards) and then the receipt shows x amount is going to AMEX, x amount is going to x card, etc. seems like an easy fix that could be looked into?
also i love that is "greys" out any return you did so you know what you own/what you returned. however i noticed that for some transactions on the app it shows "not returned" even though I returned it... which can be very confusing! or it says "Ready for Pickup" but I already picked it up days later... it's very confusing!
