This week I’ve heard from 5 people that they are resigning. None have taken a job that is higher pay. Many have taken substantial pay cut (30+%) All I have spoken have said it’s because of current assessment system and culture. They were nice and sugar coated to HR that they are moving closer to family. Partly true.
I think HR will hide this mass attrition under the guise of saying folks are moving closer to family.
Reality behind the mass attrition is that we have created an atmosphere of fear and failure. Our leadership has no Vision to inspire the masses and they are failing miserably.
I am not even in EMIT, I am in UOG and see this happening. I can only imagine how much worse it can be in EMIT, UIS and UBD
Is there a way out? Where is a leader when we desperately need one
