Denbury is one of the better places to work these days. If you don't believe me, go check out some other O&G companies on this forum. While working here is not perfect, it's certainly not as bad as some would like to paint it. Compared to others, we have fewer layoffs, better management, a relatively healthy company culture, and much more. Learn to appreciate what you have.

What’s this focus group?
People don't like the truth and they go full re ta-d on rants.
You got all of that from saying negative people are more vocal? bahaha clown.
You think our CEO is liberal? Nah, why was the CFO kept too? They’re always out in a bankruptcy.
It’s something else. They were kept for a reason or information.
People complain at all companies. The only real solution, though, if one hates the company that employs them, is to go find another job. But that can be like jumping from the frying pan into the fire. Though I'd say it's probably more like jumping from one frying pan to another. Sometimes, though, it can be like jumping from the fire into a frying pan.
Yea., OP definitely gets LTIs. Anyone that doesn’t has a diff mindset
To the person writing only the negative people are most vocal…. You should actually go look at a company and individual teams that aren’t ran like a dictatorship….
Actually do some research to understand why having vocal leaders throughout the organization is key to improving the company as a whole. You probably don’t care to learn and that’s the problem. You are stuck thinking you know all the answers and that’s the only thing that matters.

Another person with his LTI still intact
They missed the phrase "your lucky to have a job". Sure miss seeing and hearing that one all the time. Other companies didnt keep their ceo after bankruptcy and give him a ridiculous bonus. Sober up, things arent roses for the worker bees in this company.
Definitely someone getting LTI’s or higher up the food chain. Gave themselves away when they put “better management and healthy company culture” in a paragraph describing Denbury.
We’ve had like 6 rounds of layoffs, who’s had more?
You must be one that still had LTI, because those of us who lost it have significantly lower overall pay and it’s a bit discouraging when it seems you’re being asked to do more and more for less pay.
Negative people are always more vocal.
