Disappointing memories - that's all I got after more than 5 years working here. I didn't learn many new things that I didn't already know. I expected at least a little respect, but I seem to have expected too much.
There is a constant pressure on employees, as if they are the ones who disappointed the company, but in reality it's the other way around, BBBY is a big disappointment.

The truth of the matter is the Corporate carpet baggers and robbers are now in charge.. There is nothing you can do about it.
Excuse me..if these other stores in your 25 years of retail were so much better..why did you leave them? I have worked in several retail settings and the big box stores have the same issues.

Look...the truth hurts but BBBY is no different then many many other companies. I am confused that people do not seem to know that. Have you not worked anywhere else? Why havent you left? Many on here seem totally clueless of how the work world works. This misery on this board is just too much. If you have not heard there are a TON of jobs out there. Why stay somewhere you are so unhappy?
From the way I am reading it (could be wrong) the OP has already left.
My final paycheck with my paid out accrued vacation as I moved on to bigger and better things.

Hey your not the only one that feels like that we just have to hang in there. Its been super stressful hope things get better for us as a company.
May I suggest a therapist? There is pressure on employees just about everywhere. Just move on
