Who else was involuntarily signed up for this? Now on top of trying to meet my metrics every day I’m going to be told how I’m “privledged” due to the color of my skin, by my employer (despite the fact I grew up in poverty)

White privilege doesn't mean a presence of benefits but an absence of obstacles. Nobody says your life can't be and isn't hard, but it certainly isn't hard because of the color of your skin. As simple as that.
Would love to opt out if the training. 100% against this corporate brainwashing.
I for one will not be participating in this corporate white guilt bullsh--. I will not complete thise courses and I dare them to fire me. Would make for a great racially motivated lawsuit. Especially when two white men making over $22 million per year combined make bonuses off of laying of plenty of black folks. Maybe they need to donate half of their salaries to the "cause". Cr-p like this woke corporate nonsense is why there is so much racial divide in this company.
Is it true that Allstate no longer pays rental car expenses direct? A customer has to be reimbursed for the rental car when their auto is being repaired?
My “white” privilege caused me to have to wash all laundry by hand in the sink because I couldn’t afford the laundrymat at 19 when on my own, later needing assistance from church acquaintances to get beds for my girls after escaping an abusive spouse, then eating Kraft dinners for a time because of daycare costs, buying everything at thrift shops, affording only old cars, etc., involuntarily hospitalized first a month due to severe depression The list goes on. If not for my Christian beliefs and values, I’d have had no hope or strength to believe I had any value or future not been able to recover and take care of my girls.
I’m fed up hearing about how my particular, specific beliefs are “hateful” and bigoted. Absolute rubbish. Now I’m “privileged” because of my skin color. Yet more lies. This company is disgusting.

Allstate is 100% for this optic to protect their brand against the twitter mob. But when it comes to their actions, it’s all talk. For example, refusing to no longer allow direct bills on rental cars hurts who? The people who can’t afford it.
Imagine having a policy that specifically hurts poor people so upper management can hit their bonuses? Talk about privileged. That’s who we really are right now.
We hope there’s a huge lawsuit judgement and settlement for all of the colors of employees from this ridiculous mind warping their doing. Where are the hostile workplace attorneys when you need them. All employees all colors. White black etc have been subjected to brainwashing by Allstate. We need a huge lawsuit and settlement. We have all been harmed by this.
