an hour and a half learning everything we’d already been taught, shorter acronym, HOME
SM finally told us about the meeting yesterday at 5pm with a note on the fridge. That's it. Just a two days notice.
To the "seagull" commenter. I see almost the say exact thing at Dollar Tree. Only difference, people make purchases at DT. Kind of disgusting though how some people act and care about things.
Our customers are more like seagulls. They fly in, sh*t all over everything, then fly out without buying anything.
Customer service is all that and a bag of burgers AT TARGET.

All stores should be closed on Sunday. Go to Church instead.
Will the customer experience meeting give us tools to answer our customers questions? Like why does this store look so empty? Are you guys closing? Do you have anybody to help me? Why does it take so long for you guys to ship something to me? Why aren’t there any cashiers working?
