I’m in the Midwest. Associates in my store whom I know are not vaccinated are not wearing a mask. Why is my manager not implementing this rule that those who are not vaccinated MUST wear a mask!

Because they MASK protects the people who got the shot and are so called safe. Those mask do not protect the person who is wearing them. So the company is f-c!ing stupid
No…I’m saying it’s not fair. This individual wears no mask…yet I know for a fact another individual who’s not vaccinated was asked to wear her mask! It’s either a rule or it’s not. Management can’t let one go without yet tell another they have to.
