Which is it? State Farm considers their employees as a valuable asset or sellable to their competitor or like Google, Twitter, etc are insurance companies monopolistic?
So which is it? Is SF marketing the worst in the industry, or is it so good that competitors want SF's marketing people? Can't have it both ways.
What about that third shift janitor that took a job at the middle school, any competitive threat there?
