In which direction is this company going? I can't even imagine where L3H will end up in the future. I think that it is getting worse every day and that the company is sinking unstoppably. I wish that was not the case, but it seems to me that there is no vision and no adequate strategy here.

The top level executive team will drain this place for as long as they can. They'll tap everything they can until they are thrown out.
Predatory environment at every single level.
Most likely, after they divest more none-core businesses, it will be acquired by another defense conglomerate. It's all about investors. L3Harris has no future.
