None of the top dogs wonder if we can handle so much work and is it normal for a single person to do triple workloads? No problem, I'll stay here for as long as I have to, because the bills have to be paid, but I'm leaving at the first opportunity. It’s not okay to do work for so many people.
I don't think Walmart should hope that there are many more people who will agree to work so hard for peanuts, to the point of exhaustion.

Fast food jobs are better than Walmart. I’d much rather be slinging burritos at Taco Bell than working at Walmart. And the pay is generally better in fast food these days.
The job market hasn't been better. Take initiative and start looking. Better yourself and your financial situation! Learn new skills you can use throughout your life. What life skills do you really learn at Walmart? The only one I know of is building up your tolerance to stupid people and an immunity to Karens.
We all know the reputation of Walmart... a last resort job... a bottom of the barrel job... a job you take when your options are slim.
You used to be able to make a career at Walmart. It's devolved into a typical fast food, revolving door, cr---y temporary summer job.
You should start looking and start applying. There are a lot of places hiring now. I applied a few places and they all called me back. I took one of the offers I was given. I am so thankful to have been hired by this company. I make a lot more than I did at Walmart and it’s M-F. The manger actually values and appreciates his employees. It’s night and day difference from toxic Walmart. I am so very thankful. There is life outside of Walmart. Take the leap you will not regret it.
