In order to have any success unionizing global foundries for better pay, we must utilize social media to organize employees. Organization cannot take place on GF property. Create an alias and use Facebook search to find people who have listed themselves as employees at GF. Good luck. It’s time to get paid out. Contact a union representative and devise a strategy for outreach. A change is gonna come.

Here's the telegram message group setup so we can all anonymously contact one another. https://t.me/unionizefab8
As TC said; "Our time is now." If you're serious about changing your destiny at this company and being treated properly, let's work together. This is the perfect time to set things in motion for the betterment of our own lives and situations.
Do it. By the way, you know those pixels and iPhone SEs most people were issued by GF? They have a directory of all employees. You can search for names there if you need contacts and know who to add. Some history is probably kept, though.
Also, striking is nothing new for GF. I bet most of you didn't know our German colleagues have striked several times in the past year. Most recently: https://www.l-iz.de/melder/wortmelder/2020/12/Morgiger-Streik-bei-Globalfoundries-Dresden-363735
There needs to be a public face. The union also doesn't need to be new or built from the ground up. You can just start a new branch of an existing one here. Now's the time considering GF has to advertise on the radio to fill positions. Who has the leverage, especially with more ramps potentially coming? The workers do.
