Most (corporate) numbers are either disconnected or say, "no operator is available." Is corporate still "sheltering at home" and, if so, when are expected return dates? How does a company this size (90,000?) operate "sheltering at home"? What does that even look like, anyway?

When NCR took over when MST was elimanated they had no idea how old the Macy's phone system was. It is probably just broken and no one is left who knows how to fix it.
