Any predictions on which Macys stores will close next year after the holidays? Or Bloomingdales?

Agreed the Neighborhood stores will be sacrificed first. One of them I already see Associates and or Managers moving to larger stores that have no threat of closing which is smart long term for them. Have to see after the Holiday Season how the stores perform and results with understaffed locations.
It will be a bit of surprise When the list will be bigger. Shrinking is not the answer to the problem. Quality products and service is. Macy’s has turned into a cr-p store full of its own junk brands. The younger crowd are not interested in Macy’s junk which creates a time limit for the company to get it right. But it won’t cause of ceo
Almost all of the remaining Neighborhood stores that were identified and committed to closing by the company as part of the three year plan in 2019. Investors are looking to see significant savings and improvements in profit long term when these locations are closed. If you are in one of these stores today, I suggest hitting the market now while there is so much competition for hourly employees and managers too.
