As an employee over 50 I am always doubly fearful that I will be laid off due to my age and that I may never find another job in my career of choice. Once I felt appreciated but there have been subtle changes in the last year that make me feel differently. Usually we are appreciated for our knowledge and experience but now we are seen as an expense because of our high salaries especially if we’ve been with SF for decades. More recently I am being treated as some sort of pariah (why I have no idea). I wish I knew why I am being treated as a nuisance more than anything else.

There isn't much you can do. SF controls your future. The only advice I can give you is hedge your bet on them. Save your money and be prepared. I did from the day I started till the day I retired. If you live within your means, you can pull the plug before they decide to pull it on you. Watch your pennies and the dollars will follow.
It is apparent from the style and word choice (if you can call it that) that MOST material posted on this site is now coming from the same disjointed and disturbed individual. The same one who calls anybody with a different opinion a Corporate stooge or some similar moniker. There are a lot of people here who have real issues with State Farm, but who just don’t buy your drivel.

I (and others) got stuck in areas after vivify and they let half my team go
They called it an “experiment”. Treated me (and others) like the lowly stupid newcomers and their cr-p work tools. (literally any child could do their areas work they get paid way too much for)
