In your opinion, is HR biased?? Ever get the feeling that they are in bed with certain managers and they go off the reports they get from the eyes and ears of those managers and only those managers.

I was getting worried that they would want to go to bed with all managers, but glad to hear that this is well contained to only some desperate managers. YUCK!
In your experience is everyone who knows you biased or is everyone correct about you?. Ever get the feeling that people figured the only way to tolerate you is to be two faced. With all those attuned eyes and ears, ever get the feeling that people catch on to your BS lies. Ever figured out that everyone around you only provides partial truths, because they’re only nice when they need something from you.
And lastly, in zero circumstances hypothetically, metaphorically, and especially not in reality does anyone believe anything you say because you’re Mctwaface.
You need to bring facts to be in this conversation.

The incontinence in HR is absolutelly everyware.
Is common to have incompetent HR in company. They no really bring value to company.
Everything about BH was rotten and incompetent and nobody expected anything else but one big shambles
@OP I don’t know that HR, at least when I was there, was biased as much as they were incompetent. They seemed to spend a lot of time fumbling over themselves, especially when it came to their so-called “internal investigations”.
They appeared to perform their core function of running interference on behalf of the company to cover for bad policies. Other than that, there isn’t much else to say.
