Ours does not do any functions required for their jobs. They don’t provide the needed training for new employees and refuse to assist any of us when it is desperately needed. They all just try to look busy but in reality all they are doing is wandering around or hiding out while on their phones. They’ve all been acting this way for so long that it’s become habit and I hope and pray they all get terminated. No wonder my location is such a cluster.

Overtime will be allowed at all Home Depots in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia by immediate order of the CEO.
Your perception of what management does probably isn’t correct. You do your job and let them do theirs. If what you think is true, they won’t have their jobs for much longer.
