I am often interested if those at the top see the problems that this company has, at least in a similar way as ordinary Sabre employees do.
I would never say that they are incompetent, nor that they do not notice the problems, but that they are not focused on them at all. They are mainly focused on their greed instead.

The real question is do they care?
Their focus is on short term gains, pleasing Wall Street, and lining their pockets with cash. It is all they really care about.
Agree with the first reply. Your post implies you see a set of problems - problems that employees see that are left 'unaddressed by leadership'. So, what are they? And what do you propose they do about them? Please share your insight.
why dont you explain what you are talking about and which problems might have been missed? Do you think you have some special vision of whats going on that can only be seen by you?
