Just so everyone knows, Xerox won’t pursue breach of non-competes and non-solicitation agreements. I singlehandedly took customers totaling over 1 million in recurring revenue from them and they didn’t do anything but send a couple letters. So let the free for-all begin and save your customers!

You obviously are not aware you are an unethical id--t. Enjoy this immediate financial gratification; with your morals who knows how long this gain will last.
Customers, companies and colleagues will know your lack of loyalty and greed. I hope you don’t personally experience a downfall where you need support from colleagues or friends. You may be surprised in the lack of their response to your need.
Just saw in the news that President Biden signed an Executive Order banning and/or limiting non-compete agreements. That being said, instead of focusing on non-compete agreements, Xerox should focus on providing an exceptional customer experience. If customers are happy, there's no reason for them to leave.

Non compete is hard to enforce, unless they can show you used company secrets at a competitor.
I am surprised they wouldn't go after you for taking clients. That does seem like something they could win.
