It feels riskier to work at ExxonMobil and in the oil and gas sector than before. I used to trade higher pay for security of ExxonMobil but now with security gone feel I should be paid more to compensate for removal of security previously promised. I suppose I am dreaming. Used to be we said we paid contractors more because of risk they took of not having a job. Feels like we are all in that boat now.

We are all on 1-year contracts now.
Agree 8 to 10% Pip each year with no raises. What a ball it will be.
