Has management been transparent with any groups on headcount targets? Where are we headed?

I have heard through the grapevine 10% cut per year for the next 3-4 years, target global headcount of 40-44k, we are at 65k now
More cuts coming till 2024. Turn the ship around! Psshhh

Why are you using "management" and "transparent" is the same sentence? Cannot.
nah the hw3 stuff is under wraps still. You may get TMTs info since cuts there are mostly done.
