Haven’t checked in for a while. There were always a few malcontents, but at one time there were actual conversations taking place. A quick scan today leads me to believe there are just a few bad apples posting incoherent rants repeatedly. So I think it’s best to stay away now. Too bad.

While SF is definitely not a happy place to be at, and there are major issues...its just wild accusations ect and name calling mostly. People need to vent, i get it. You got it right on point. When my VPA is sending out training sessions, you know they are just trying to validate there position or just hoping nothing flares up on there watch until they can retire or get a buyout.
It’s like they are throwing things out and sees what sticks. I’m really worried about the disconnect what is really happening in the field, claims service is about to blow. Agency placement makes no sense, it’s going to be like a blood bath when things tighten up on P&C. You are right we have to many layers of management and executive. Unload!
I had a great team member take a scratch opportunity, not sure that was the best opportunity, seeing what’s happening internally over the last two years. Will see when the fall off comes it’s going to be the blame game and it’s going life changing for a lot of customers and associates
Bad Apples we had the good ones, not sure what planet you are on but claims is in a flame out. Most management all the way up needs to be unloaded. Worst claim customer service and follow up on supplemental ever fire drill. Underwriting no communication with the field, nobody knows what’s going on. Most say who cares! Most don’t even know if we are profitable??
It’s like a huge cruise ship heading towards a iceberg just to trim expenses, I can just here it now, we try to balance expenses with growth it’s all about the future. Not sure what outside consulting firm we are dealing with now but I’m sure they are cashing the checks quick. Well life company in free fall no internal rate of return, only product other than term life. Bank we washed our hands of that business run, LTC trainwreck, Security Products no support agents scared on Liability nobody wants to pay a load fee anymore, Health Insurance compliance nightmare developing tie in sales HI sales, Roadside Service total embarassment I mean total embarassment, ECRM great system changing constantly lack of agent engagement, Sales Leaders & VPA’s total failure no value just another layer of expense dump, positive AFS total value, Pet Insurance WTF, Rocket Mortgage great deal while market exists. High road small market share, Gainsco will see, not the best business.
Need to know direction of the company what ever it is, as of now it’s like a good luck to you and unfourtunatly everyone is just looking out for themselves instead of the customer. When you put yourself before the customer you will lose in the end. Maybe Agency Convention who knows at this point.

No, this site is good. The AT&T board was a great source for pending technician layoffs. On the SF board no longer do people share rumors and what they’ve hearing … now the majority of the posts just bash wokies (thank you Dilbert for that.)
