Morale totally sucks in my store. Part timers are getting hours cut, the store is understaffed, full timers are doing the job of three people, supervisors don't do anything, customers are complaining they aren't getting help and it's getting worse by the day.
But God forbid you don't race to do Lowe's University or AP4Me. That and the flawed survey system is a joke.
Pay more attention to the customers not coming here anymore and walking out the door.
