Parity in the risk curve as it is too asymmetric. Either remove PIP target mandates OR actually provide competitive raises to compensate for the career risk of staying. I was drawn to the stability of an integrated business and lifelong career. Now that is removed with PIP mandates there is neither upside to take on the risk each year nor stability. We got the end of a very short stick. No matter how you rotate it - no leverage.

I don’t see an end and maybe that is for the best. I really don’t understand the you f engineers who chose this company. Seems very short sighted.
