At least not since I've been working here. It has always been there but now it’s awful what’s going on. It seems to me that favoritism has never been greater and it is no longer even a secret here.
And how can someone be motivated to keep working when they witness such things? I'm just motivated to get out of here as soon as possible.

People vote with their fit all the the time, but it's better to get your fair share and now it's the best time to take a stand when IPO is immanent.
