Just in case you missed this, CEO-ME’s compensation nearly doubled to $23.1m during the pandemic. That’s up a cool 99% from the $11.6m, that Lowe’s awarded this CEO in 2019. Simply mind blowing whilst loyal employees break their backs. Your workload has doubled or trebled, but has your pay doubled yet?

He deserves it for all of the work he has put in and dealing with negative store level employees who would be collecting cans for a living if it wasn't for Lowes.
His house is bigger than a Lowe’s store. He makes bad decisions. He is a liar. He lied to all those poor employees at jcpenny. If you doubt me look up his goodbye speech. It starts “ I know I said….” He is clueless at best. How many new stores has he brought online. Are there any new fields. Something like 50 million Americans have moved away from city centers during Covid. Have any of you seen a new location for Lowe’s open where you live? People only drove to the Lowe’s because all the other stores were called non essential.
It’s only going to keep getting worse in every store till it implodes.
The best and the brightest work 24/7 for their compensation. They ARE the best and the brightest, and you are lucky to have to have leaders who work tirelessly for your plush lifestyle.
I know what a douche bag, glad I got out 2 months ago after being here for 9 years. I just couldn't take bu-----t anymore.
