More realistic question, who replaces Swiger? His retirement should be coming soon.
Theories? Who replaces him and who fill the position that person vacates?

The question wasn't who would be the right person, the question was who will be the next in line. My money is on Linda. Went from an empathetic leader to cold hearted everything-slasher in a matter of years, brings visible diversity to the MC and has several presidential roles under her belt.

Might be someone external. Swiger likely retired by 9/1...he will age out per the last 10-k
