It wasn’t always like that at SF. As an ordinary employee, I don’t know if I find it harder to deal with the management of this company or with colleagues who are anything but well-meaning. Backstabbing, gossiping, appropriating someone else's credit... it's all become normal at SF. As the company changes for the worse, so do the people here.

RICO relationships. You don't want those relationships anyway.
Politicians suck!
Amen
We’re all getting played… policyholders included.
Don’t you think your the one getting played?
Probably just need to do the job a little longer until automation is transition into the mix. Robots cause problems
Managers are expected to report things about individuals to their SM. I actually got so fed up one day I actually said I don’t plan on moving from my position because I have the easiest job in America, I can’t help others make it hard on themselves.
If you’re not promoting, or advancing yourself in return it makes your manager look awful especially people in their early 20s.
The best way to F your manager is do exceedingly well and shut up about your life and how you do it. They all eventually crack and beg for your help. Listening to people that double my salary professionally beg for answers is the funniest stuff ever.
You’ll soon realize when those questions get asked, who’s actually more fit to be a manager? I’m one of those people that have never had a bad tenured manager that did my job before. Otherwise I’ll be the egg that cracks you for my enjoyment in 8 hours of he-l.
Really want to offend your micro manager? Share no personal details about your life and repeat I’m doing the tasks in front of me as fast as possible.
Manager gets but hurt, pulls me into a meeting with an SM. Repeat until you’re on unemployment or vowed a new team with hopefully a human mine psychopath as a manager.
What are they going to do fire someone during a skilled labor shortage who already finished top 3 and most of the times 1 in every metric? Lmao they’d literally lose more money firing me.
