This might be specific to my department, but employees here are not given even the basic respect by the management. We are constantly lied to, gaslighted, demeaned, and intimidated. Even people who have been here for ten years or more are treated this way. This is wrong on so many levels, and yet there's nothing we can do to change it. (Don't make me laugh by bringing up HR, please.) This is our reality.

Respect?!!!?!!! The Only thing I want from this company is a Paycheck that will not Bounce (God Willing) and the Retirement pay that has been Earned .
Respect is overrated. You should be happy that they take the time out of their schedules to abuse you.

What's hard to believe is there are actually guys working with only 10 years of service. We don't have anyone with less than 15 anywhere. They were all canned.
