Curious if anyone can comment on the recent switch from Cross/FFA to Salesforce in TSS. It appears to be a complete disaster from what I can tell.

Once RETAIN went away, CROSS had to go too. I'm curious how the RCMS guys are doing and I'm guessing the plug was pulled on that too. Before I left IBM, I took the CSP (Salesforce) training and it's a convoluted nightmare. Way too many steps. CSP is the square peg to fit in RETAIN's round ho-e.
The shift of PMRs to SalesForce from Retain absolutely fubar'ed my ability to keep tabs on what's going on with products I support. But different issue that CRM I guess.
Once they complete the coupling of TSS with Lotus Notes all will be well.
I heard they plan to sell TSS in a near future.
