Don't we usually have layoffs in the week of or after the Fourth of July?

Think something in Human Resources
the trend I have seen is they announce a new department about a month before the current department is almost done. Sales accounting was done in April, accounts payables was announced in March-they are done in August. I am guessing July a new department will be announced?
Actually for a few years there were big layoffs in February but that was mostly IT GBS
Christmas
waiting is ki----g me. I have heard so many rumors, Fleet, payroll, All admins...which is it? I have seen end of June, July, September?
Or is it another holiday that they always gift us layoffs right after?
