Been so long I can’t remember but I did feel good with Ann as CEO..Ursula made me sick to even see or hear her.
Basically I have no feelings for the current CEO and his underlings. Xerox has lost its reputation and today is a soulless crumbling mess.

Last time was when Anne left. She may not have been the best CEO, but she did keep the company out of bankruptcy, made us feel good about the company, and tried to turn things around.
UB, she just bought a boat anchor (AES) and then took cash from all the other units to try and save that ship. Oh and was really good at outsourcing layoffs. The template that we now use to this day.
When Ann Mulcahy was CEO…She understood the internal culture and was respectful to all .
Definitely not these last 5 years…
Friday when I "walked" out for the last time as a xerox employee
Started with Xerox in the 70’s. Pride of ownership was just being known as a Xerox employee. Xerox people were known for hard work, quality and customer satisfaction…The name Xerox magically opened doors to many opportunities ..Unfortunately that all disappeared by year 2000..
Anne only lipsticked this pig. She knew the flowery words and phrases. Ursula told it like it is and she couldn’t do what Anne did.
Anne gave everyone a feel good about the company. Once UB took over, it felt like the ship was sinking fast. Hard to believe UB is still praised by the press to this day. She not only messed Xerox up, but look at Veon, the company she jumped ship too.

Up until “Ursula no nothing Burns”arrived. I thought we had a chance to recover under Ann Mulcahy but that was lost under UB.Downward slide ever since ..

Late 90’s just about and leading up to the time Allaire and company got caught cooking the books and Xerox almost declared bankruptcy.It’s been absolute downhill ever since.
