I debated on whether to hold out on early retirement (3 years to go) but with the environment being so toxic and my health not what it used to be I decided to leave and make a go of it with another company. I’m doing part-time work that isn’t as stressful and the company I am with doesn’t treat its employees like cr-p. Most importantly, I’m respected for the knowledge I bring to the table. I’m actually enjoying work for a change.

We’re you able to receive any kind of partial VSP? I’m considering quitting soon too, but I don’t want to do it when February’s bonus is just right around the bend.
The janitorial staff is employed by Parkway Property Investments, Oxy leases the building they occupy.
Sure felt like I was dealing with everyone's sh*t a lot of the time.
Similar story here. Happy I left. Nice to be valued for what I have to offer and treated well for a change. Wasted too much time at that company under VH.
