People aren’t trying to stab you in your back and take your job at every turn. People aren’t filing BS claims with HR. There are no rumors of upcoming layoffs, the majority of people are actually happy to come to work, no one is stressed over if they will have a job in the next 3 months, and no one is wondering if another benefit is going away, and get this, You absolutely can report to the same manager for more than 1 year. I know it sounds crazy but apparently that’s how the first world companies operate. You just got to leave that third world company to seek a better life.
