Steve Cawley is a bully, serious maniac. I know first hand how he shut me down and many other women. He threatens our careers and livelihoods. No idea, why IBM shields him. I've been followed, harassed, intimidated. First time I'm speaking up.

BVK made it that far for 3 reasons Her s-x, her age, and her accent (remember she came up during that time period when they ALL had British, Aussie, even a Kiwi or Aficanker accent) Christ they still have brit Steve Cowley (Chief REVENUE Officer...insider trading...google it...talk about the fox in charge of the hen house) Check that guys Cayman accounts. Anyway BVK was undoubtedly on the short list to succeed as CEO Unfortunately for her they figured it out right (well...best as they have for once) That's why Ginni was around past age 60.

JW was supposed to be the heir apparent to the throne and was going to overhaul the entire company by instilling RH values and processes. RH deal is looking worse by the day. Not only are they hemorrhaging dev talent, but the leadership that was going to take IBM to new heights is leaving too?

JW left because of relentless badgering on the ama Channel. Whiners complaining ad nauseum. If the whiners spent as much time working as complaining….. See ya later!

didn't know much about her, but Harriet green comes to mind, how the F she got a senior role in IBM still baffles me, she knew sweet FA. probably pulled at least 20 mill from IBM, and as normal delivered sweet FA

I don’t think Rob Thomas rise further. I think it is clear that he showed nothing in CC&S and a change was needed. Looks like a vote of no confidence for Rob!

BVK was truly awful. I still don’t know how she made it so far.

She sucks like most execs… and again, it is AK consolidating his power. AK does not like anyone to tell him what to do. He will continue to get rid of people as needed.
