You know something is wrong with this company if the idea of three full days away from it fills me with this much joy. When this was still a good place to work, an extra day off was a nice bonus and nothing else. Now it's a much-needed extra day away from the oppressive culture of fear and constant toxicity, not to mention horrible managers. I'll enjoy it to the fullest.

Not surprised about burn out with an abundance of work and a diminishing amount of people.
