So heard that a VP of HR and a VP Counsel have said no worries about coming back.....the air filtration system is hospital grade quality in all of our buildings....True? I am still worried about returning to work. Remote is working. But they want us back in the building. Please don't bash me....I am worried. I have some serious health issues...and work from home has been awesome for me.

Try working in Adserv and being in the buildings since day one because if you don’t then pto or no pay. I find everyone on this site a mo--n, you cry about having to come into a building once a week at most, you are all making more $ than ever because I did last year and I am just a nobody whom none of you appreciate. If you hate working for SF then leave, from what I see every day that would not be a bad thing
I love being back in the office-can’t wait for everyone else to join me.
Look Ma - no mask. Mmmwwahhhaa
Loved being back in the office and spending my day playimg chess in the new game room!
@3yat-you are being forced to nothing. Either work or quit. Pretty simple.
Oh for crying out loud! It’s only five days a month! Get over it! How do you think retail workers have felt every single day for over a year now? Crybabies.
that’s fine I’m basically getting forced in with an immune disorder simply because a few pro athletes who make millions and have top of the line medical treatment also manage to perform with it. Can’t wait for the class actions coming. I’m sure SF will change their mind with the new fear or the new strain. I’m honestly not too worried because there’s many law groups looking to see what can be done for highly or even just heightened risk folks.
Wish I could miss half a year and get paid millions also.
Very unlikely they have a hospital grade system. And saying you do seems to open up lots of things...liability for sure. Guess they want you to feel safe coming into their building. Meh.
It tells me about the idiocy and incompetency of the posters. Spoiled children that discovered they have to work for a living…
@1pzc That should tell you something about the quality of the company
qjl, don't you realize that almost all the posters on this site are totally dedicated to bashing State Farm in every way possible? I can't even remember the last time I read a post having to do with a Layoff........
For some reason, posting health concerns on a website meant for Job layoffs seems a bit odd.
I'm thinking this might be about something else
If you have serious health issues, you should work with your leadership to see if they can accommodate you. Otherwise, I would just try to make the best of it and not think about it too much. Change can be hard and worrying is normal. We are all worried for different reasons.
That being said… I think SF needs to take a more individualized approach to reopening the offices. For example, if someone is performing well and wants to stay home, they should have the option to do so. I hate when SF pushes a one-size-fits-all approach to things. All of our situations are different.
Have you gone to Walmart? How about the grocery store? If you survived those, you might live through a couple of days in office.

Id--t questions....big difference being in walmart 30 minutes v in an office for 8 hours.
Stop being a pu--y,
No worries there are vaccines that prevent this disease.
VP? Laughable! VP with attorney? DOUBLE LAUGHABLE! Sounds like preparation for CYA. SF care about you? LAUGHABLE! SF gonna sc--w you? You betcha!
No I have not gone to Walmart. I have done grocery pickup. I also don't go to things that involve groups. Not going to my church. Not traveling. I get that I may be the minority. But I did not start this fear.
World class…
