Is anyone else tired of hearing this? Don’t think it’s fair that a small store struggles and gets threatened. When a big store with more variety gets praised. How long are we going to ride this road as I am about to take a detour.

If this is on emails don’t even get me started. We have a newbie employee who was told to get signups at all costs to the point that if they say no…she enters a phone number FOR THEM!! I reported this to my manager but I don’t think they care because for once this makes them look good. SO MESSED UP!! 😒🙄😑

Corporate will only focus on driving the numbers up by focusing on the low number stores. They won’t take into account any actual reasons that stores might differ like high traffic shopping centers with restaurants or movie theaters that get more just browsing customers. Any valid reasons for differences will be seen as excuses by the store and lower conversion will be used to question store conditions, customer service, scheduling or anything else to place the blame on the stores operations.
What about bopus’s and curbside. Or the sdd people coming in to pick up. Conversion is joke.
We have a couple of chain smokers who are ki----g our conversation. Between the two of them they must go out 20 plus times a day each. Yet no one wants to hear “excuses “
