Is it true if I just start calling in sick they’ll only pay out 3 sick days in a row? Anyone have any ideas?

Mine disappeared during Covid. I had 5 “new” hours when I came back. Had to use it or lose it, and have not gotten any since.
you can always use the "i have to go to a funeral out of state" excuse. but dont give too many details and if they ask be vauge.
Tell them a close relative died and you need a week off.
