He is still trying to sell Home Services, Kenmore, et al. ?
Public Relations is trying to create some positive news to offset the flood of complaints about Sears Service from customers. Evidently, Lampert is having a difficult time selling a declining resource. Reminds me of Goebbels telling the Germans that the Third Reich will last a thousand years. How sad, when you consider what Sears Home Services once was.
