Why did we switch again? Half of the people I talk to are still missing old emails and/or not getting some new ones. The file migration that was supposed to take one week is now on its third week?? IT has been no help. Their outsourced helpdesk is a joke.
Even if everything was migrated properly the product still seems vastly inferior in terms of speed and features.
Who drove this and actually approved the switch? The IT department or other SLT? Hope someone is held accountable.
