Transition to Microsoft 365

Why did we switch again? Half of the people I talk to are still missing old emails and/or not getting some new ones. The file migration that was supposed to take one week is now on its third week?? IT has been no help. Their outsourced helpdesk is a joke.

Even if everything was migrated properly the product still seems vastly inferior in terms of speed and features.

Who drove this and actually approved the switch? The IT department or other SLT? Hope someone is held accountable.

Every time I encounter some error or issue in MS365 it's another reminder of poor decision making. A lot of us can't even use productivity tools without hassle now, and it seems to go beyond simply adjusting. I wonder for how many people this is the tipping point to leave or just giving up and skating by.

accountability ??? is that word even in SLT book??

most probably 5 yrs back .. someone up there said.. "i have a idea to save $$$ for the company .. move to Google from Microsoft" .. and that someone must have gotten a big raise and a pat on the head .. then that person left.. the next person incoming again said .. "i have a idea to save $$$ for the company .. move to Microsoft from Google"

and this person is still here .. and we are all suffering .. with missing email s... and no proper training to use Microsoft 365.. replies from IT is .. go to this link .. and its a bunch of videos to self learn ...
