I think it’s cute that even with a line a mile long, associates are still expected to get credit apps and emails. That mindset is exactly what is ki----g retail.
Belk in Franklin, VA had one register open the other day with a line a mile long. It took 30 mins to check out, Poor associate working was moving as fast as she could.
Three registers open in Snellville. Most customers feel for associates and call corporate but complaints go unheard. Corporate, Sycamore continue to make their money. While associates stress about their hours, pay , and fatigued by doing the work of three people.

Oh honey, this is happening at ALL belk stores! You are lucky you have three registers open. Our store just had ONE register until 1pm, then TWO after 1pm! The person behind this is the rare talent that is DON HENDRICKS, he is responsible for all this mess, along with Sycamore puppet Lisa Harper.
