I wish there was some type of support group or something where we can air out ALL our grievances over the pain of being laid off, having to train our replacements every single day for MONTHS (with a smile), possibly being retained but downgraded… And more…. this is truly painful. It feels like emotional abuse… and for anyone who asks why we have to stay for this… we have to in order to get the severance

It’s honestly too much to handle and their 6 covered counseling sessions is Not Enough to endure this type of trauma
I have been training GBS since August 2020 and the only reason I am still here is for that severance. I have given too much time to this company not to stay for that package. I will happily take it.
I am sorry that you and others are going through this. That is exactly how the did the IT team when they transitioned that group to GBS. It is sickening what this company has become and how they treat the employees. Yet, they preach “respect.” I can’t imagine how you find the motivation to go in everyday.
I also think this is a huge mistake on the part of Pepsi.
